- All Learning Support staff and Class Teachers take part in a Performance Management Cycle each year, which highlights any training needs.
- Epping Primary School has five inset days a year, where all staff undertake relevant training for the academic year ahead.
- Training is provided through in-house expertise, such as the Inclusion Manager or Subject Leaders where appropriate.
- Outside agencies are contacted when required to further develop staff’s skills.
- Regular continuous Professional Development Sessions are offered to all Teachers
throughout the year. These are led by the Inclusion Manager or outside professionals.
