"What are the training opportunities for all staff who support pupils' learning in school?"
All Learning Support staff and Class Teachers take part in a Performance Management Cycle each year, which highlights any training needs.
Epping Primary School has five inset days a year, where all staff undertake relevant training for the academic year ahead.
Training is provided through in-house expertise, such as the Inclusion Manager or Subject Leaders where appropriate.
Outside agencies are contacted when required to further develop staff’s skills.
Regular continuous Professional Development Sessions are offered to all Teachers throughout the year. These are led by the Inclusion Manager or outside professionals.
