"How are the school governors involved and what are their responsibilities?"
- The area of Inclusion has been allocated to an individual Key Governor. Their role is to act as critical friend to the Inclusion Manager, ensuring that new policies and procedures are being implemented throughout the school, as well as supporting the school with any training/resource needs.
- The Inclusion Manager and Key Governor meet each term to discuss progress against the Inclusion Action Plan and any other areas of concern. An update report is written after these meetings and shared with all Governors to ensure the Governing Body have an overview of Inclusion throughout the school.
