Children's Mental Health Week in Pictures
On 1st February we began our week long celebration of learning to express ourselves! We spent the week looking at different ways we can express ourselves.
The pupils were introduced to different types of art and artists such as Pop Art and Banksy. They created their own Zones of Regulation check in, which they used throughout the week.
They planned well-being sessions and budgeted for these, they cracked codes, and shared their musical talents with us, but most importantly, they learnt that by expressing ourselves we can help each other. We are so proud of all their work, it is clear they have worked hard and that they have learnt many ways to express how they are feeling.
The work done by our pupils really was outstanding, a small selection of their fantastic work is showcased below, plus we would like to give a special mention to the following pupils.
