Year 1 Visit to Epping Fire Station

Beech and Chestnut Class had a very exciting visit to Epping Fire Station today. On this beautiful day they walked up to the Fire Station and were treated to a full tour; trying on uniforms, having a look at the hose and all the equipment. The pupils even got to sit in the front seat of the fire engine!

The visit fitted with their Great Fire of London topic, it seems the equipment is a lot more effective these days!
