Winning Refuse Lorry in School

It's not every day you get a bin lorry in the school playground!  We were visited by a special Epping Forest Council refuse lorry on Monday.

The reason for the visit was to see Ava Griffith in Year 5's winning design in the council's competition to design an anti-littering poster for the side of its refuse lorries.

On the day we also had a visit from the event organisers as well as Councillor Will Breare Hall who was responsible for making the final decision on the winning design.
