Sports Awards News

Last week Mr J and Mrs Jessey were delighted, and very proud to take a number of our pupils to the West Essex School Sports Partnership award ceremony.

As a school we were nominated for three awards; Most Engaged School, Fair Play Award and our kurling team were up for Team of the Year.

Our kurling team were awarded the bronze award!

As a school we were awarded the silver award for fair play. Marcus from WESSP told us all that "we don’t always win, however we always turn up and give it our best. We always shake hands and show good sportsmanship" 

Last but not least we were award with the gold award for the most engaged school with over 600 participants in this years events. 

Yet again our pupils have shone with the way they represent the school. 

Thank you for supporting us to take so many pupils to events; it is very much appreciated. 

Additionally we have just found out that we have once again been awarded the School Games Gold Award!
