Our First Virtual Wellbeing Week
Our previous wellbeing weeks have been incredibly successful with great feedback from pupils parents, carers and staff. Obviously life is slightly different now, but taking care of our wellbeing wellbeing is even more important than ever so we're delighted to be having a wellbeing week anyway!
The week beginning 11th May (which would have been KS2 SATs week), we are going to celebrate and take care of our well-being.
Teachers will be planning a variety of activities for the pupils to participate in. Mrs Vosloo will be setting challenges and competitions which will be shared and celebrated amongst the school community.
The theme of our well-being week is the 5 Areas of WellBeing which are: connect with others; be physically active; learn a new skill; be present (mindfulness) and give to others. We hope you enjoy this week.
