Flu Immunisation Reminder

Flu immunisations will be taking place within school on Tuesday November 26th.  

If you would like your child to receive their immunisation please complete the consent form before this date. 

Please find below a letter containing the secure link to complete your child’s form. The letter also includes the link to additional information about the vaccine.
